Recently, I was lucky enough to sit down in the hot seat and be interviewed by fellow Aussie Mountain Biker, Jarrad Connoly.

We dove into all sorts of topics from my background growing up riding bikes in Australia and later falling in love with the sport of Mountain Biking while living and working in New Zealand. We also spoke extensively about my journey as a rider and coach thus far and about my unique coaching philosophy and the tools I use to help riders have more fun on the bike.
